Future in Our Hands - USA , is a non-governmental organization created in response to the dire needs of the poor in Kenya.
Founding members of FIOH-USA, Buffalonians, Michele Sprada and Sister Linda Glaeser, SSJ, have traveled to Kenya for several summers and worked closely with FIOH - Kenya. Through their first hand experience of seeing extreme poverty in Kenya and the good work that FIOH - Kenya had started, they realized that much more needed to be done. They responded by founding FIOH - USA in order to give generous individuals an opportunity to participate in the fight against poverty in Kenya and other locations around the world.What We Do
